Flat roofing
TPO, torch-down, and modified bitumen for additions, garages, and low-slope sections a shingle can't handle. Skylight installs and replacements go in the same visit, flashed and sealed properly the first time.
Specialty roofing
Cedar shake, standing seam steel, and composite roofing for houses where a standard shingle doesn't fit the architecture. Slower work, done by hand, priced accordingly before we start.
Repairs
Chimney flashing, vent boots, ice damming, and the leak nobody else can find. We climb up, find the actual cause, and fix that instead of guessing from the ground.
